Dr. Said Baadel is a researcher in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and technology adoption. He holds a PhD in Computing Science and Informatics from the University of Huddersfield (UK), an MBA, and a Bachelor of Computer Science, together with professional instructor certifications in IBM Artificial Intelligence and IBM Data Science. His research has explored machine learning, AI adoption, healthcare, educational technology, intelligent systems, and technology governance. His published work includes research on AI readiness, machine-learning applications, technology adoption, and data analytics. At StratAI Group Inc., his work extends these interests into organizational intelligence—the study of how organizations develop the collective capability to sense, interpret, decide, learn, adapt, and transform. This work is being developed through the Strategic Intelligence Transformation Framework (SITF™) and the Organizational Intelligence Index (OII™), which together provide a proposed framework for assessing and transforming organizational capability in an increasingly AI-enabled world.
