UNDERSTAND
Clarify the organizational context and the capability questions being examined.
STRATAI FRAMEWORKS
An emerging measurement approach intended to operationalize Organizational Intelligence across six interconnected dimensions.
OII™ is the measurement component of the broader StratAI research program. It is intended to build on the SITF™ architecture rather than replace it.
Organizational Intelligence is the capacity of an organization to continuously sense, decide, learn, adapt, and transform—responsibly.
OII™ is intended to operationalize the Organizational Intelligence construct so that organizations can examine capability across the six dimensions defined by the SITF™ framework. The approach is designed to support structured assessment, comparison, learning, and evidence-building around Organizational Intelligence.

METHODOLOGY
The measurement program connects theory and organizational practice without treating the current approach as a standardized instrument.
Clarify the organizational context and the capability questions being examined.
Examine the six dimensions using an emerging measurement approach.
Use evidence to identify patterns, strengthen capability, and support further validation.
OII™ is currently an emerging measurement concept. The research direction includes construct development, indicator design, instrument development, testing, reliability and validity assessment, and examination of relationships among dimensions.
The goal is not to reduce organizational intelligence to a single number without context. The intended use is to create a structured evidence base that can support organizational learning and prioritization.
